  1. One of the most effective methods for F2P players to earn gold revolves around mining and smithing. These two skills intertwine seamlessly, offering a symbiotic relationship where ores mined from the depths of Varrock and Falador can be smelted into bars and then forged into weapons and armor. Iron and coal are particularly valuable commodities, fetching handsome prices on the Grand Exchange.

For the entrepreneurial spirit, flipping items on the Grand Exchange emerges as a lucrative strategy. By closely monitoring market trends and price fluctuations, astute players can buy low and sell high, turning modest investments into substantial profits over time. Patience and market knowledge are key here, as successful flipping demands a keen understanding of supply, demand, and pricing dynamics.

Combat presents another avenue ripe with financial rewards. In the realm of F2P, slaying monsters such as Hill Giants or Moss Giants not only yields experience but also drops valuable loot such as big bones, runes, and equipment. Accumulating these drops over extended hunting sessions can generate a steady income stream, especially when combined with skilling activities like collecting cowhides or fishing lobsters, which also provide reliable income sources.

For those who thrive on strategic thinking and diplomacy, merchanting raw materials can prove immensely profitable. Gathering resources like logs, ores, and feathers through woodcutting, mining, and killing chickens respectively, and then selling them in bulk to other players who need them for crafting or combat, can be surprisingly lucrative. The key lies in identifying high-demand items and establishing a reliable network of buyers.

Lastly, engaging in quests and completing tasks for NPCs can be surprisingly profitable in F2P. Many quests offer valuable rewards upon completion, including gold, experience, and access to new areas or items that can be sold for profit. Additionally, tasks and mini-games like the Stronghold of Security or the Fishing Trawler provide opportunities for earning gold and valuable rewards through completion bonuses and random drops.

  2. I feel like when I try to look on this forum, all I can find is ads, bots spam posting scams, etc. I can't find anything even closely related to OSRS. Is this community even active? If not, is there another site like this with actual OSRS content? Also, are there any English posts? I have to actually search extremely hard to find OSRS content on an OSRS forum. It is just sad. Does anybody know of any active, actual OSRS forums? Thanks.

  3. Embarking on Your Prayer Journey

For the uninitiated, prayer serves as a beacon of spiritual strength, empowering players with divine blessings and protection. Starting out, novices should seek solace in the tranquil confines of the Lumbridge church, where the first flickers of enlightenment await. Here, you will find Brother Jered, a venerable cleric who imparts wisdom on the fundamentals of prayer. Begin by offering bones or ashes at the altar, a ritualistic gesture that kindles your connection to the gods.

As your fervor grows, venture forth to the sprawling catacombs beneath Kourend, where the restless dead offer ample opportunities for enlightenment. Lay to rest the fallen with burial rites, earning experience in communion with each offering. Alternatively, the barbaric traditions of the wilderness beckon, where players can harness the latent energies of ensouled heads through ancient necromantic arts.

    Ascending the Ranks: Mid-Level Devotion

In the throes of progression, devout practitioners ascend to the heights of mid-level prayer mastery. With a repertoire of rituals under their belt, aspiring acolytes shift their focus to more refined methods of enlightenment. Venture into the grand sepulcher of the Ectofuntus, a spectral sanctuary nestled within the fetid swamps of Morytania. Here, venerate the ghosts that dwell within, offering them remains in exchange for ethereal favor. As you refine your technique, seek out restless souls in the furthest reaches of the infernal abyss, where infernal ashes offer the most potent conduits for spiritual progression.

    The Apex of Divine Enlightenment

For the seasoned veteran, the pursuit of prayer mastery culminates in the relentless pursuit of divine communion. Ascend to the sacred precincts of the Gilded Altar, a bastion of enlightenment nestled within the sanctum of player-owned houses. Here, devotees offer the sacrosanct remains of dragons and demons alike, reaping unparalleled experience in exchange for offerings of gold. With incandescent bones in tow, the most devout channel their energies into the ineffable rites of cleansing, a purgative ritual that offers substantial experience to those prepared to part with their treasures.

    3. Saradomin Brews and Super Restores: For healing and restoring stats.
    4. Anglerfish: To top up your health as needed.
    5. Range and Mage Switches: Required for different phases of TzKal-Zuk.

      Strategies and Tips:

    • Understanding the Fight Phases:
    • TzKal-Zuk has multiple phases that require different strategies.
    • Phase 1-3: Use Ranged attacks primarily, switching to Magic (Blood Barrage for healing and Ice Barrage to freeze healers).
    • Phase 4 (Zuk): Focus on dealing damage while managing the pillars and healers.
    • Pillar Management:
      • Learn the order in which the pillars collapse (1, 3, 5, 2, 4).
      • Position yourself strategically to avoid damage from collapsing pillars.
    • Healer Management:

      • As Zuk spawns, kill the healers quickly to prevent Zuk from healing.
      • Use Ice Barrage to freeze the healers if they are too spread out.
    • Positioning and Movement:

      • Always be aware of your positioning relative to the pillars and TzKal-Zuk.
      • Move efficiently to avoid unnecessary damage and to manage healers effectively.
    • Prayer Flicking:

      • Master the art of prayer flicking to conserve Prayer points.
      • Use it effectively during Zuk’s attacks to mitigate damage.
    • Patience and Practice:

      • The Inferno is a challenge of endurance and skill. Don’t rush; take your time to strategize each phase.
      • Practice each phase individually until you’re comfortable with the mechanics before attempting a full run.
    • Stay Calm:

      • It’s easy to get overwhelmed, especially during the final phase. Stay calm, focus on your strategy, and execute it methodically.
  5. I want to be able to post long form (gameplay videos) OSRS content on somewhere that isn't a huge platform like Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Is this something I can do on here? I was thinking videos 10-35 minute long videos. Is that even possible? While I'm typing this, I see that the maximum total size for a file is only 48.83 MB. So is it possible, and is it allowed? I was thinking about making content where I just skilled. If this isn't possible, could somebody guide me to where I could do things like this? (Of course following the guidelines that I don't want a huge platform like Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)

    Thank you!
