jomoOSRS Posted July 3 Share Posted July 3 To complete the "Roving Elves" quest in Old School RuneScape, you need to have completed the "Waterfall Quest" and "Regicide" quests. Additionally, you need to have the following skill levels: 56 Agility, 45 Magic, and 40 Ranged. Recommended items include combat gear for melee and ranged, food, potions, teleportation runes, and items specific to the quest's challenges. Start by speaking to Islwyn, located in the Isafdar forest, just north-west of Lletya. He will tell you about his missing friend, Ilfeen, and task you with finding her. Ilfeen is located south of Lletya, near the overpass to the north-east. Once you have located her, return to Islwyn and speak with her to complete the quest.
